Camera-Ready Paper Submission
Final camera-ready deadline for APANConf'26: July 17, 2026 Extended (previously July 08, 2026).
Please refer to the CRC Guidelines and EDAS Submission Checklist at the bottom of this page for the detailed camera-ready submission process.
1. Formatting Camera-Ready Paper
- Address all review comments carefully.
- Camera-ready paper must follow IEEE guidelines and template requirements.
- Papers may be returned/rejected if review comments are not properly addressed (TPC decision).
- At this stage, author names, affiliations, emails, acknowledgements, and grant details may be included.
- Title/keywords/abstract/content changes may be accepted only when aligned with reviewer feedback.
- Addition or removal of authors is not allowed.
- Abstract on EDAS metadata must match the abstract in the camera-ready paper.
- Only IEEE PDF-compliant PDFs are accepted.
- Do not include page numbers in the final manuscript.
2. PDF eXpress Account and File Validation

Before final camera-ready upload, every paper must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility. Please refer to the CRC Guidelines linked at the bottom of this page for the detailed PDF eXpress and IEEE copyright transfer process.
- Go to the PDF eXpress portal and sign in with your PDF eXpress account.
- If you are a first-time user, create an account using the conference details provided in your acceptance communication.
- Use the APANConf'26 conference ID and your account email to register/login.
- Upload your source file or PDF and generate/check the IEEE PDF-compliant version.
- Download the validated PDF and use that version for the final camera-ready submission.
- Keep the PDF eXpress confirmation for your records until proceedings finalization is complete.
3. Checklist of Submissions to EDAS

Authors must upload the following items to EDAS. Please complete PDF eXpress validation and IEEE copyright transfer before finalizing the camera-ready submission.
1. Final Manuscript (PDF)
- Upload the camera-ready copy after processing through IEEE PDF eXpress.
- Use the PDF eXpress-validated PDF without changing the PDF file name.
2. Source Files
Upload a ZIP/RAR file containing the following files:
- Highlighted version of the final manuscript showing the changes made according to reviewers’ comments.
- Correction Report outlining the reviewers’ comments and corresponding revisions. Download Correction Report Template.
- One-page abstract with title and author details. Download Abstract Template.
- LaTeX or Microsoft Word file used to prepare the final manuscript according to the IEEE conference paper template and instructions.
- All other source files, including images, LaTeX files, style files, special fonts, EPS files, Word files, or RTF files, as applicable.
- BibTeX/BIB file for references, if the paper was prepared using LaTeX.
3. IEEE Copyright Transfer Confirmation Document
Log in to the IEEE eCopyright system via EDAS as per the CRC Guidelines. Download the IEEE copyright transfer confirmation document and upload it to EDAS under the relevant section.
4. Author Details
Download, complete, and upload the author details form to EDAS. Download Author Details Form.
5. Conference Presentation
Upload the conference presentation file as instructed through EDAS and the conference communication channels.
6. Video Recording of the Presentation
Online presenters only: upload a 9-minute video recording of the presentation.
